Hello! FatCatEmpire here, owner/operator and driver for Empire Motorsports. Our team has been competing in organized (online) racing for several years, most of the time as an independent, but occasionally running multicar efforts. We got our start creating racecar replicas for club teams which is how we got involved with racing. We later branched into custom drift car and touring car liveries, immersing ourselves in those sectors as well and began being recognized as serious competitors.
The Delta Racing organization is hosting several different classes of racing, and Empire Motorsports is proud to announce its participation in as many series as possible.
First, a congrats to the crew for a well deserved team championship in the Delta Truck Racing series! There were a few bumps and broken shifters along the way but overall consistency over the six rounds proved key to claiming our first accolade within DOR.
Second, our eyes are set to the future past as the Retro GT series kicks off this upcoming weekend. New teammates Corn Wolf and Only5ofClovers will join returning aces ALLOUT 711, RD Infern0, and FatCatEmpire for a two team effort. ALLOUT and RD will be piloting a pair of Castrol BMW M1’s, while the second team is still in the testing process.
Under the motto 'Gives You Wings', we are proud to announce a joint double-team venture for the upcoming Delta Mono Cup, between Flying Tigers Air Cargo and Red Bull Energy Drink. Both teams will 'fly' under the flag of Empire Motorsports, with four cars and two different liveries representing their main sponsors. Although still in negotiation about the full driver line-up, the three drivers selected up until this point are guaranteed to be seen all over the grid, which of course is great from a commercial point of view.
These talented and handsome young men are as follows:
...and kicking the 2018 season off right with an explosion of 1000 horsepower monsters! Team principal FatCatEmpire has partnered with returning veteran racer and CanAm Motorsports team owner RD Inferno for the upcoming Delta Truck Series. Operating as CanAm Empire Racing, the two intend to make an impact (and a few dents) on the already all star driver lineup for the series. When asked why the teamup, FatCat states “RD and I go way back, campaigning multiple championship efforts for different series. But more so the reason for this partnership was his consistency and level headed approach to racing. With the increasing talent within the Delta Racing org, you need those skills to compete at the highest level.” “The trucks will be a real challenge for us as we have never raced something so massive,” says RD, “but I’m confident we will overcome. FatCat has gotten much faster compared to when we started racing together in 2012, so we are going to hunt that top podium spot.”
DOR YelloCactus: Hey chaps. I'm still 8000miles away from home Really looking forward to getting back and getting on Forza in July. In the meantime, after out little break, things are moving and the next series is almost upon us
