I haven't played it yet, however looking at videos and reading stuff on Twatter; it looks like Forza have cocked up. Running over kerbs damages cars which isn't great.
We'll test it out leading up to Sunday and decide on lobby settings. i.e Fuel & tyres and not simulation.

From what I have just seen on the Forza site it's called advanced collisions (or something like that) which you can turn off. Something for us to test with I guess.
Had a little test of the collision mode on. But setting on my assists set to fuel and tyres.
Ran some laps rubbing with another driver.
Itβs a big improvement, no more daft spinning out at a slight touch, when your hit, your car seems to go heavy, and during contact you have a lot more control.
Iβm not sure how the ghosting that I have seen in videos works ? Maybe that comes into effect with. Ore than two drivers.
But on this little test, between two drivers it seems like a big improvement.

This new collision mode works well on multiplayer I was in an A class hopper and I was expecting to be hit off at Sebring but the guy trying to ram me virtually bounced off me into the wall haha I was in stitches
