I'm shite at drifting and I've never done RX on FM, so yeah, interested!
Seriously, I'm wondering what you have in mind.
For drifting I'd run some practice/king-of-the-hill days. Just messing around but also getting competition tandem practice in. At a minimum I'd need 5 people IN to run these.
For rallyx me and RD have been making high A or low S class 4wd cars and just hooning. We've got a few decent tracks, and I'd say like 3+1 laps per heat, the 1 being the joker lap. 8 cars max per heat so it's not a madhouse.
Both of these kind of events I'd try to keep to 1 hour max. The main issue id have is time. Most of you guys are east coast or euro, and I'm west coast. Right now, the best times I can think of are Saturday 0800 GMT or 1600 GMT, cause that's midnight or 8am for me.
I think some rally cross and drifting will fit well Into the casual Friday thing, of course when pc2 is out maybe we have some scope for some differing championships

Absolutely Steve, good shout! I was actually thinking to do throwback nights as well on Casual Fridays, where we go back and drive some rides from previous championships. In the perspective of having some 'specials', 'all drift nights' and 'all rx night' should work as well.
What about a Japanese or American touring car championship?
I'll use the Japanese idea for example, any Japanese car (Subaru, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda & Toyota) built from stock to a set PI limit. It'll bring up the Impreza vs Evo rivalry. It'll require quite a bit of testing like the DMTCC to find a suitable car, it'll be interesting to see the battles between the Evos & Imprezas or even the GT86 vs BRZ battles. There would obviously a drivers championship & a team championship, maybe add a manufacturers championship too.
This can be done with American cars too, think Cadillac vs Chevrolet vs Chrysler vs Dodge vs Ford vs Scion & so on. I have a lot time to think about Forza championship ideas now that I'm basically retired from Forza racing.
Be bit hard using subaru and evo as touring cars as it's awd and always was more rally car since Audi brought in awd as for Honda and Toyota there already a touring car and not sure how it work cos of difference
