Pit window and number of laps will appear on the Live Timing approximately 10pm the night before.
All qualifying/races start prompt at 8pm (20:00) UK time.
Lobbies open appprox 7:50pm (19:50)
It is the drivers responsibility to join their lobby hosts as soon as the hosts name appears on the Live Timing
CAR BUILD/TUNE
Cars must be built to the specification tuning is open and allowed.
QUALIFYING
Qualifying will be 4 laps, 3 of which will be hot laps. simulation damage on, contact off.
Forza clean laps take priority over dirty laps.
Your first Lap must be Dirty, drivers failing to comply with this rule will be subject to a 5 place grid penalty.
if a driver fails to set a clean lap, their fastest dirty lap will be taken with an additional minute of time added on.
Qualifying is in the standard/spec tune.
LIVE TIMING
All drivers must have have the Live Timing open on race night. The link can be found at the top of this page in the menu.
This Live Timing will show drivers which lobby they'll be qualifying in and which race lobby they are in.
It is the responsibility of the drivers to join their lobby hosts, do not wait for invites.

LOBBY PROMOTION & RELEGATION
No promotion or relegation
RACE START
Racing will be on the Forza green light
REVERSE GRID
All lobbies will have a reverse top 10 for Race 2.
PIT STOP
Race 1 and 2. One mandatory pit stop must be taken within The pit window which will be announced on race night and on the Live Timing
If you pit under a safety car or before the window opens, it does not count as a mandatory pit stop and you must make another pit within the window.
LIVERY REQUIREMENTS
There are no restrictions on designs other than abusive or inappropriate designs are not allowed and Tobacco advertising is not allowed.
Delta Number number boards must be used along with the first font in Forza paint. Search for DOR YelloCactus and you'll see the number boards.
Race Rule and etiquette
Respect your other drivers. Racing is intended to be non contact.
all drivers are requested to be in the lobby party.
the mic is intended to be used only for communicating info during the race not for chat or banter. There is plenty of time for that before and after races.
Mic do's
listen to the lobby host.
allow the lobby host time to explain the rules & pitstops, laps etc (don't talk over the host please)
inform the host of damaged cars/acidents.
apologise to other drivers quickly

speak over others no matter what you have to say its not more important than the person who is currently speaking
shout scream and debate accidents (submit an SI)
commentate on your own race
start talking when you cross the finish Line others are still racing

SAFETY CAR
There will be a virtual safety car. The lobby host will activate a safety car if 3 or more cars are damaged.
drivers if involved in an incident must declare "damage" at the soonest point. if 3 or more shouts of damage then a virtual safety car is activated,
When a safety car is initiated; pole driver to maintain an appropriately slow speed to allow cars to close up and the damaged cars to pit. The lobby host will inform the lobby when racing can resume.
RESTARTS
A restart for an accident can be called on the first lap only. Only one restart for accidents, any further issues will use a virtual safety car is called.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
As the race starts, if any driver does not have sound or suffers from 'Forza' issues e.g cars not showing, cars ghosted; the lobby host will restart the race. No more than two restarts however the lobby host has the discretion to restart a third time if they deem it appropriate. Once the first place car completes one lap, there will be no more restarts.

DROPPED ROUNDS
1 complete weekend, your lowest scoring weekend.
REGISTRATION
Registration will close at 8pm uk the night before race day.
In previous events we have relaxed this slightly, accepting drivers on race day, however it is becoming the norm and it causes issues when we sort lobbies.
So, as of now, 8pm is the definitive cut-off and no drivers will be accepted after this time.
RESERVE LIST
If you're on the reserve list, please make sure you're ready to race at 2000UK and if there's a no show, reserve drivers will be added in the order they registered.
Only one invite will be sent so if you miss it; you miss your chance to race.
